Quantrix Consultant

Description
Quantrix is seeking an energetic, dynamic consultant to join the Professional Services team. The successful candidate will possess excellent finance/accounting and business model development skills.  As a consultant, interpersonal and cross-cultural communications skills are key for customer-facing interactions in an international business environment.  The consultant should be a self-starter and able to work independently as well as in teams.  The candidate will have good time-management skills and be able to organize client demands and deadlines. 

Responsibilities
Business modeling and analytics activities using the Quantrix Modeling Methodology
- Client business requirements gathering
- Model development and re-engineering
- Model implementation and presentation
- Client Support and follow-on services

Training – based on Quantrix Training Continuum approach
- Onsite training for client team and one-on-one
- Workshops to be held throughout the US and internationally
- Quantrix customer and partner conferences
- Preparation and refinement of written training materials and curriculum.

Sales and Marketing Support
- Provide prospective client demonstrations
- Webinars – lead periodic webinars
- Model development for prospective clients and publicly available templates
- Promote professional services to existing customers, prospects and partners
- Support partner/third party consultant network through use of newsletters/forums/meetings

Product Support & Development
- Communicate user feedback and feature requests
- Report bugs

Desired Skills
Financial accounting / corporate finance experience
Understanding of database structures and SQL
Proficiency with desktop spreadsheet applications
Extensive knowledge of Quantrix Modeler application very helpful
Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communications skills
Good writing and presentation skills
Strong interview skills to elicit client requirements
BS or BA required; advanced degree or certification a plus

Additional
Extensive business travel throughout the US and internationally. 
Candidate will ideally work out of Portland, Maine office.
Possess or can obtain a valid US passport
